ZeniPay opens its commission-split and payout engine to other platforms

ZeniPay today announced that its commission-split and payout engine is available to third-party platforms. Any marketplace, agency network or contractor network that pays a share of each sale to an independent party can onboard those parties as sub-merchants, define split rules, and have every payment divided and paid out automatically.

Splits are computed on net profit — gross sale minus supplier cost minus processing fees — rather than on gross revenue, which is the source of most disputes between platforms and their independent partners. Whether processing fees are absorbed by the platform or deducted before the split is a setting on the rule, visible to both sides. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the split proportionally and automatically.

Each party's share posts to its own wallet with the originating transaction ID, so every dollar is traceable, and payouts run on the schedule each party chose — instant, daily or weekly. Ledger entries flow to QuickBooks, Xero, Wave or FreshBooks without re-keying.

The engine runs Zeniva Travel, where independent agents keep 70% of net profit on their bookings, and ZeniCorp, the group's construction platform, where contractors keep 70% of each contract.
