What are the processing fees?
They depend on your business and on the payment type (card or bank transfer). We do not publish generic rates: email info@zeniva.ca and we send you the pricing that applies before you start.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — anytime. Starter → Enterprise takes minutes, no data migration.
Is my money safe?
Card payments are processed by Finix, a PCI DSS Level 1 processor. The ledger is append-only and the audit trail can be verified independently.
What currencies are supported?
Links and invoices can be in CAD or USD. Cards are charged in Canadian dollars; for a USD amount the customer sees the CAD equivalent before paying.
Is ZeniPay a bank?
No. ZeniPay is a payment technology platform. Card payments are processed by Finix, a PCI DSS Level 1 processor.
