Online invoicing: invoices that get paid on their own

With ZeniPay, every invoice goes out by email with its own payment link. Your customer pays online by card or bank transfer, the invoice moves from “sent” to “paid” without you ticking a box, and the receipt goes out automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How do I send an invoice my customer can pay online?

Create the invoice in ZeniPay with the customer's email. It goes out with a pay button; the customer pays by card or bank transfer and the invoice is marked paid automatically.

Can I ask for a deposit before starting a job?

Yes. Split the invoice into installments — for example 30% today, 30% next month, balance at the end. The first link goes out right away, the others on their dates.

Does ZeniPay send payment reminders?

Yes, for installments: the customer gets a reminder for each installment that is due and unpaid, then a receipt once paid.
